Dr. Ruth Griffin was an amazing tutor. After I failed my first attempt at the NCLEX, she was recommended to me by a former teacher. Her evidenced based approach to NCLEX preparation was extremely helpful. She was able to help me pinpoint specific areas of weakness as well as develop my test taking strategies. Working with her made my studying more meaningful and effective. When it came time for me to take the NCLEX again, I felt much more confident than I did the first time. Dr. Ruth Griffin was able to help me pass my second attempt in 60 questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Ruth Griffin to anyone who is taking the NCLEX.

Professor Griffin,

I am writing to tell you that I passed my boards in 75 questions the first time!  I wanted to thank you for all your support and advice that has gotten me to where I am today!

Dr. Griffin

I passed my NCLEX on my third attempt with 75 questions. Having been out of school for two years and failing the NCLEX twice prior it was truly a blessing for me as I was both disappointed and discouraged. After speaking with Dr. Griffin and following her guidelines and study plans, I felt a lot better about the results and decided to move forward and retest. With hard work and Dr. Griffins guidance, success is in the near future. My advice to other students would be to remember you have made it this far and be confident in yourself. You can do it, and with Dr. Griffins help it is definitely possible!

As a recent college graduate from a four-year Nursing program I was devastated to learn that I was not successful on my first NCLEX-RN exam attempt. Feeling anxious, and lost, and really down on myself I was not sure what I did wrong in terms of studying, nor how I would make improvements to eventually be successful. A professor from my university suggested that I meet with Dr. Ruth Griffin. Dr. Griffin is an NCLEX coach who helps graduate nurses with their study skills for the NCLEX-RN exam.

Dr. Griffin had me complete an initial practice exam to identify my weaknesses. She also drew up a study plan for me. I then met with Dr. Griffin weekly for twelve weeks where she would analyze all of the practice questions that I had answered incorrectly. She then helped me with my test taking skills, along with identifying the content areas that I needed to strengthen.

During my time working with Dr. Griffin she was extremely encouraging, very approachable, and available.

After twelve weeks and roughly six thousand practice questions: I passed my NCLEX-RN exam in 75 questions.

Dr. Griffin’s guidance made this successful attempt possible by making my studies much more organized and focused.

For those out there who think it is not possible it really is, and a resource such as Dr. Griffin can help make your goal achievable.

Here is my success story. A bit long but could have been longer. Thank you Dr. Griffin, you are the best!!

"DOCTOR GRIFFIN SAVED MY LIFE!

Here is my story. I'm a mother of four, my youngest is only 7 months now. I graduated from nursing school in May 2012. Complications from pregnancy later that year prevented me from going back to work but did not prevent me from trying to take the NCLEX. I took the NCLEX and failed it not once, not twice, not three, not four times, but FIVE times. I was broken to pieces, discouraged, felt useless and truly thought that nursing was not for me. But I couldn't ignore the burning passion of nursing inside of me. Then one day, I randomly typed NCLEX tutor on Facebook and found Dr. Griffin. After contacting her through her website, the same day we had a day to meet. In March of this year 2016, we started the coaching session. I'm a very busy mom but she was so available and flexible to work around my days and hours of availability. Her coaching sessions helped me regain my confidence, believe that I could still pass regardless of my failures, it helped me identify what I did wrong in the past. The sessions helped me identify my areas of weakness, and effectively answer NCLEX questions. The tool that she uses is so accurate. I went in for the exam the last week of July and I PASSED!! I wish I had found her earlier! I'm glad and very proud to say now, I'm an RN, BSN yay!!"

Working with Dr. Griffin while preparing for the NCLEX was truly the best decision I made in my preparation process. She gave me the guidance I needed to create a study schedule, master difficult material and build the confidence necessary to take the exam. At every meeting we went over the material I had studied and Dr. Griffin helped me identify areas where I needed to improve and strategies that would help me perform to the best of my ability during the exam. Thanks to Dr. Griffin, I felt calm and prepared on test day. I passed! I cannot thank her enough for all of her help along the way!

A student recently sent me this note after passing the NCLEX.

Dr.Griffin, I just wanted to thank you for all of your help over the past several months. I truly feel I could not have passed the NCLEX without you. You took the time to identify my weaknesses, and never gave up on me ! It was a pleasure to work with you.

Dr. Ruth Griffin was an amazing person to work. Personally, I had failed the NCLEX once and had decided to work with Ruth before taking it a second time. She structured our work together well, with helping me to notice which areas I struggled with and paying most attention to those. She gave amazing advice on how to break down questions and answers to determine what is really being asked and what answer they are actually looking for. Aside from the content preparation, she helped me mentally. I honestly did not fully believe in myself and was nervous to retake it. However, she was there for me every step of the way encouraging me, pushing me, and most importantly reminding me of what I am capable of, all while holding a positive mindset. I highly recommend working with her, you will not regret it!!
